Kits blog:
The children in the Kits room are happily playing with their chosen toys and areas. Some children enjoy pushing cars along the carpet and pressing buttons to make sounds, while others are content looking at picture books in the book corner. The children in the Kits room show confidence in accessing the toys they want to play with and are comfortable exploring the environment independently.
In the garden, the children are enjoying the warm, lovely weather and making the most of the outdoor space. They are confidently climbing on and off the seesaw, taking turns with their friends and sharing lots of smiles. Many of them are running around together, playing simple chasing games moving freely around the garden. Others are exploring different areas more quietly, noticing the natural environment and showing curiosity about what they can find. The children are fully engaged, active and clearly delighted to be outdoors in the sunshine.
The children are confidently seeking interaction with adults, showing genuine interest and a strong sense of security around them. They enjoy sharing the things they discover and engaging in little conversations, often approaching adults with smiles. The children demonstrate real confidence and ease, trusting the adults to support them, listen to them and help when needed.
