Kits

This week, the children have been having a wonderful time exploring the garden. They have discovered the joy of playing in the mud kitchen, pouring soil into pots and mixing it with a spade. They especially enjoy carrying the pots and pans around and finding new places to use them. The children were also excited to use the climbing frame. They were carefully balancing on the bridge, crawling through the tunnel, and having great fun on the slide. Later in the week, they visited the allotment, where they helped water the crops and picked some peas that were ready to harvest.

 Rabbits

The children had an exciting time exploring the woodland area. They were delighted to discover a new space and uncover all sorts of interesting things. They were especially surprised to come across a crocodile ornament, which they eagerly touched, stroked, and even pretended to ride it. They also enjoyed taking turns riding the kart around the woods, sharing it beautifully and having great fun together. During our activity, the children were fully engaged in searching for summer fruit pictures hidden among the trees. Out in the garden, the children had the opportunity to visit the chicken coop. They were fascinated as they gently stroked the chickens, showing wonderful care and curiosity.

Hedgehogs & Foxes:

Hedgehogs and Foxes have been busy outside. They have enjoyed exploring the woods and spending time seeing how our allotment is growing. In the woodland, we have been practising our rules for exploring - no picking, no licking and no kicking. The children follow these beautifully and always respond when it is time to come back to base. We have made sure the plants are watered in the allotment and making sure we are weeding.
