Rabbits blog:

Communication and Language – The children are enjoying longer stories and are beginning to demonstrate a strong understanding of what they hear. Some children are confidently expressing their favourite books and recalling repetitive phrases within the stories.

Fine Motor Skills – The children are increasingly using their dominant hand during mark‑making activities and are showing good pencil grip, positioning, and control when holding pencils and coloured pens. They also enjoy free painting on the tuff tray, creating squiggles and circles using a mixture of gloop and blue paint.

Gross Motor Skills – The children are practising their balance and coordination by walking carefully along wooden blocks. They are demonstrating good body control, focus, and concentration.

Understanding the World – The children love visiting the allotment, where they take great pride in watering the crops and harvesting vegetables that are ready to pick, such as carrots, peas, and chard.
