Hedgehogs blog:

Hedgehogs have been role playing being the teacher by sharing stories with each other. The children have been holding the book so that the audience can easily see the pictures.

They have been challenging themselves to jump down from a height with some of the sports equipment outside, some of the children were initially a bit fearful and needed some adult support but they soon built their confidence to successfully jump by themselves.

Mark making has been engaged in with a variety of different media such as chalk, pencils and pens. Some of the children have been using the pictures in the books to predict the story or rhyme.
