Hedgehogs blog:

Hedgehogs have been exploring color and number matching. Some of the children were able to identify some of the numerals on the matching sticks. We have been thinking about flowers, their shapes and their colours. We did some flower shape printing and talked about the number of petals the flower shape had. We also explored sunflowers using glue and tissue paper to represent our own sunflowers. 

Some of the children have been exploring what happens when you build blocks upwards. They found that you had to be very careful with a steady hand to balance the smaller ones.
