Rabbits blog:
The new Rabbits group have settled in well, and the children were pleased and excited to see their peers again after the long summer break. They have been exploring the new resources in the room, enjoying building train tracks together and engaging in play within the construction area. Several children have also taken on the challenge of completing simple inset puzzles, focusing well with support from a practitioner.
In the home corner, the children have been role‑playing with the play food and pretending to do the washing up, which has led to lots of imaginative and cooperative play. Outdoors, they have been happily exploring the garden, accessing the climbing equipment, riding on the trikes, and pushing along the wooden cart. Indoors, they continue to develop their physical skills by crawling in and out of the tunnel and taking turns with their peers.
