Rabbits blog:
The children have been developing their fine motor skills through mark making with chalk and large sheets of paper. They also showed excellent concentration during a gluing and sticking activity, carefully using their thumbs and fingers to pick up small pieces of cut-out tissue paper and place them onto their artwork.
Following their interests, the children have been using their wonderful imaginations while exploring the tuff tray and using their senses to discover a variety of textures with their fingers. Some of the children also enjoyed exploring the dinosaur world set up on the table, hiding little dinosaurs under leaves and boxes as part of their imaginative play.
While enjoying our outdoor space, the children have been confidently using their words to talk about the natural things they discover around them. They’ve also been communicating with adults, calling out “Ready, steady, go!” as they take turns sliding down the slide.
