Hedgehogs blog:

In Hedgehogs, some of our children spent time in the creative area collaging a moon with colourful tissue paper and glue. We focused on our skills of scooping glue, spreading and sticking materials down.

We finished our Eid celebrations by exploring moon dough. We created this from mixing together flour, oil and powder paint. We absolutely loved exploring the texture with touch, smell and sight.

In Hedgehogs, we celebrated Easter! We spent time exploring our beautiful woodland areas to find there was an Easter Egg Hunt! We used our key words – hunt, find and gather to collect as many eggs as we could find. The children were so excited looking in all the trees, their trunks and behind the Wendy house. We used our counting skills to see how many eggs we have altogether! We finished our Easter celebrations by baking. We have been thinking about the new life we see in Spring. So, we used our baking skills to make our own chocolate nests.
